kenny chesney in allentown pa?

I heard tonight from my cousin that Kenny will be at the Fair in allentown September 1....Is this a place that you just walk in or do u need to get tickets...also, we just found out, so im sure if tickets are necessary, they would be gone...any ideas? thanks!
