Keep the Faith - Pixie dust does happen!!

I had posted earlier about discounts not being available for VWL when I called on Mon morning. We reluctantly booked BLT instead (Which I know is a WONDERFUL place to stay, we are just WL people at heart, but not so much as to pay full price ) I just kept checking a few times a day (or 50 ) And a few mins ago I found that VWL had a one bedroom for the second half of our stay!!!!!!!!!!!) We are so excited - so keep checking - it does pay off....and I know it was the only one available cause I just checked a few mins after booking and it was already gone!

I also did something that I hope wasn't too wrong...I had booked the first ressie in my DH's name and since the reservation center is now closed I was stuck and didn't want to lose the VWL room so I booked it under my name cause it wouldn't let it book my DH's name, because he already had a reservation for those days I'm assuming.....I plan on calling in the AM to make sure everything is OK and cancel the second half of BLT. Yay!!!

Make sure you're on the phone early tomorrow. If you're booked on 2 reservations, even if not lead guest, you stand the risk of one being cancelled. I don't blame you a bit though, because it is after hours.

Done! Called in this am and cancelled the first part of BLT and had the ressies linked! Woo Hoo! She was AMAZED that I had scored the VWL one bedroom. Though for all of you waiting and watching for what you want opened keep the pixie dust faith. She said there must be more and more villas rooms opening up just by what she was seeing on the computer...

Yay! Still keep checking - it pays off. I was just able to add the 10th - 13th to our VWL reservations. Now all we have is 2 nights to stay somewhere else. The one bedroom opened up at around 10pm last night and I snapped it up at 7am! KEEP CHECKING if your first choice is booked!!
