I picked up a box of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal last night and couldn't believe how GOOD it was. ::yes:: Great that it's good FOR you as well. :) For those who haven't tried it yet I would definitely suggest it. ::yes:: Just wondering for others who like Kashi what other products are good to try. I noticed on the cereal box that they also have granola bars. Are those good?

I've tried to newer crunchy Go Lean bars and really enjoy the lemon/lime flavor. I also tried the original Go Lean bars (I think there are more flavors of these) but they also have a lot more calories, from what I remember.

I also like their Heart to Heart cereal. Ok, better stop typing about food as I am starving right now! :)

We eat the regular Go Lean instead of the Crunch version. Love it! Filled with lots of nutrients and fiber. You just have to get past the concept of eating sticks! :teeth:

I've tried several of the Kashi cereals and the chewy bars, which are really a meal replacement. The Heart to Heart cereal is very healthy and has very little sugar. Some of the cereals are made with soy, I think the Go Lean. There's a very good cinnamon raisin cereal that's crunchy too. Kashi also makes an instant oatmeal.

I eat the regular go lean cereal everymorning. I do not like milk, but I mix it in a bowl of yogurt and it is so good for breakfast that way!

I don't know which product you are interested in but on their website they offer the nutritional info on each item.

http://www.kashi.com/

Just look under "Our Foods" on the left side menu and it will bring you up to a page with pics of the different product lines. Just click on one and then look for the product you're thinking of getting and scroll down the pages to find the labeling info.

HTH!

The Kashi Crunch has TONS of fiber (8g) so it's very good for you. It was 3 points per cup but looking in the WW points companion it looked like many of the cereals were only 1-2 points for 1 cup. Hope that helps. :)

I like the Kashi frozen blueberry waffles. A litlle expensive so i only get them if I have a coupon.

Hi Kaye,

The Kashi granola bars are very good. I didn't like the honey flax ones, but the trail mix one is out of this world. Unfortunately they are an addicting food for me. I discovered them a little over one week ago. I would like to be able to use them for snacks that I keep in my purse for those times when your starving and can't get to a healthy snack, after my WW WI since I don't eat till after I get home from my WI.

They are 2.5 points each and are TOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

I like the Kashi Heart to Heart cereal. Very tasty!

In addition to the cereals, I like Kashi crackers. They don't have any trans-fats and they are pretty tasty.
