We just returned from a 5 day stay at BWV in a two-bedroom (room 3003 and 3005). This room has a boardwalk view (awesome), but is at the end of the hallway near the Attic.
All the CMs that we had dealing with were great. Even good the "Welcome Home" at the front desk.
While there wasn't anything majorly wrong with the room, it did seem like there was a lot of wear and tear.
It also didn't seem like the room had been cleaned well. The doors to the rooms looked "dirty" with fingerprints, the bathroom really need a good scrubing, and the doors to the balconey were very loose fitting (you could really feel the breeze).
My wife really wasn't pleased by the condition of the room, so much so that she wants to stay somewhere else next time.
Has anyone else noticed this in the rooms?
When was the last time the rooms at the BWV got a "refurb"?
