Just how PACKED is SAB/BC in the summer?

Explain just how crowded SAB/BC is during the summer months.

I would like to know this too...we are there July 27th for 6 nights. We are more the type that would go to the pool around 3 or 4 or even later after dinner.

We stayed at the BC in mid August the year we joined DVC (2004) and went to SAB at various times during the week-we always found lounge chairs and didn't find the pool terribly crowded. You will love the resort!

We were at BCV last summer - July 29 - Aug. 4. To me, the pool never seemed any more crowded than other pools get in the summer. We were always able to find a few chairs to spread out on.

We're going back next month...can't wait!!

I never found the pool that crowded - but it also closed early. 8 PM??

When we went in the summer, it was always very crowded. Not right away when it opened, but by noon there were no chairs to be found anywhere. You might have a better chance of finding a spot over on the YC side where the little kids area is than over on the BC side where you have the large slide.
