I'm flying into Sanford so can't use the DME BUT, would I be able to get my transfers to drop me off at MCO instead of POP so I can get the DME from there?

I know it's a hassle, but I'd love to use the DME, especially since I've just seen a clip on youtube about it lol.

Thanks.

Its not worth the hassle, you'd probably want to get to POP as quickly and easily as possible with two little ones rather than having to navigate around two airports and I am not sure how far Sand ford is from MCO however it takes 30minutes from MCO to Disney World and we had to wait 20minutes for a ME bus.

You can't just turn up and use it - you have to organise it in advance and, as you're not flying into MCO, I can't imagine that would be possible.

In any event, I think you'd have to be crazy to even consider it.

you definitely won't be able to use it without booking it in advance and you have to give flight details when you book so just not worth it. its just a bus anyway - we didn't even get the video clip last year. I use it just because it is free and I don't drive.

Ok, I won't bother then lol. I thought it was something everyone looked forward to. There's always next trip lol. The only thing bugging me about this trip is that it's to Sanford! lol

I liked Sanford lovely and quick =)

Honestly.. I've flown into both airports and used transfer services from Sanford and I don't feel it impacted on the holiday at all. Sanford is a bit further away but you tend to get through immigration faster so it could potentially even out! I haven't used DME but to me it just seems like the same coaches other companies use but with Disney on the side, a means to and end if you will :)

Dn't feel bad about missing out on DME. Both times we used it they'd run out of "Disney" buses and ended up on plain old yellow Mears coach.

You'll like Sanford Airport - it's smaller than MCO, the immigration process is usually a lot quicker and it's easier to find your transportation. :thumbsup2

Oh that's put my mind at rest then, thank you. I was thinking I'd be there for ages, then add on another hour to get to the hotel etc, but if immigration is quicker then you're right, I'll probably get to POP the same time I would from MCO. :)

Has it got a lot of duty free shops? :P lol
