Also, we are going to WDW Dec 18-24, 2014. What are the chances we will still be able to book FD BB for Aug 2015?

Just the villas, not the entire resort.

Highly unlikely that you will see the FD BB. You will likely have a BB for a room discount for select dates throughout 2015.

we have annual passes and free dining works great for us because we will use our two day tickets towards our ap renewal at the end of this month.

This year's free dining bb was offered beginning Aug. 20 and included both Port Orleans resorts. The general public offer began Aug. 31st and excluded the Port Orleans resorts.

Bb have gone public every year but the dates and resorts included may shrink a bit. When I went in November 2013 we stayed at POR which had fd for the general public but pofq was excluded. This year It was offered through a pin code. Pop and allstar sports resort seem to get free dining but allstar movies and the little mermaid rooms don't due to how popular they are. All of September usually gets it but not sure how long that will last since they seem to be moving the food and wine festival up sooner. May start drawing larger crowds near the end of September. Just started planning my trip for the second week of September next year. Traveling with my sister in law and family and hoping to get free dining to help lower there cost. There first Disney trip ever.

Yes, beginning Aug. 20th next year.

Both POR and pofq were available when I booked last week (I booked the free dining bounceback starting August 20, 2015 for two weeks). HTH.

I hope POR is still available for the BB when we go next month. Do resorts ever sell out of BB rooms? We wanted to stay at POR this year but switched to CBR to get free dining, so I'd love to get FD at POR for next year.

I've run into the BB offer not having your room type during your time frame. I'm sure it's like any other discount, based on availability, room types and dates vary.
