Just got back, some quick observations.

Just got back from 8 days/7 nights at port orleans and figured I'd post quick feedback. First and foremost every single cast member me and my gf encountered was beyond nice and continues to be the main reason we love wdw, as far as my first experience with fast pass + I have to say it was a hit for us. We got to ride on every headliner multiple times along our trip and we really liked the kiosk system they have in place. The crowd levels were a bit higher than what we initially expected for the first week in feb but other than one day in mk it was very tolerable. The food at all of our table service meals was beyond excellent, Be our Guest and Raglan Road stood out the most for their service and food quality as well. We stayed at port orleans and really loved the secluded feel of it, if anyone has any question I'd love to answer them to the best of my abilities.

it really was outstanding, we did the illuminations and wishes dessert parties as well and they were both terrific as well. Our other ts restaurants were sci fi , mama melroses, crystal palace breakfast and rose and crown pub. I was pleasantly surprised with mama melrose we had the fantasmic package and for 1 ts credit the value is outstanding. We actually did raglan road twice my gf was so impressed with it that I cancelled a ressie I had for later in the trip after eating there the first night. We had dinner at bog at 6:15 on tuesday, frankie was our server and he was superb

we did riverside this time, yeehaw bob was awesome and the boat right to downtown disney was definitely a nice benefit to have to avoid the bus.

How did you like the location? How long did it take you to get to the food court? What was that bus stop like? We've got 3 young kids and are not booked in a preferred room and I'm getting nervous about the size (we always stay in POFQ and none of the rooms there are far walk from anything).

It was a little spread out and our walk to the food court was about 10 minutes, the buses were fine all week and we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes for any trip.

We are excited. A couple years ago we stayed at POFQ, since then we have been at WL. Looking forward to the water slide at POR.
