Just got back from 5 night at Coronado Springs

Just got back very late last night. We had a great time and I wish I was still there =(

Our experiene at CSR was all in all positive. Our room was clean and spacious and we were in a terrific location (Casitas 3). The pools were fun and the food was good at the Pepper Market. We had a great experience with the buses as well. We hardly waited and when we did it was for a minimal amount of time.

I do have to say that the people who worked there weren't the most helpful. We often got conflicting information for concierge multiple times, and many of them had bad attitudes. there was alot of confusion and back and forth. One concierge person even told us that we weren't "eligible" to take the magical express back to the airport (which was a huge mistake). Because of this we almost missed our ride back. I think she got the info confused with checking in at the resort (this is only for "participating" airlines which ours wasn't). Did this just happen to us or have other guests experienced the same thing? It seems like every person you talk to has a differnt answer. Housekeeping was also very rude. When we called to ask them to bring us a few more pillows (there were only 2 in the room for some reason) they were VERY nasty, and we waited for them to come for over 1.5 hours. At that point, we were tired and wanted to go to bed, so we called houskeeping back to "cancel" the pillows and about an hour later (at midnight) they pounded on our door and woke us up screaming "HOUSEKEEPING!!!".

All in all people seemed rude--but we didn't let it ruin our experience. We really did enjoy the resort and the parks and had a magical time!! Like I said, the resort is beautiful and we mostly enjoyed our stay. If you have any questions, let me know!
 
Glad you had a good time. I have no comments on the magical express as we rent a car. I am sorry everyone was rude to you...we had the opposite. Housekeeping was very good to us. We asked for extra towels and they left extras every day; they also left extra soaps, shampoos, etc., every day and when we hadn't had a "towel animal" we left a note asking for one and they left us two swans connected kissing.

You are right...it is a beautiful resort (we were in Casitas 5).

we didn't even get our information for check out time this time- could be b/c we switched from csr to wl b/c of the very reasons that you said...a lot of miscommunication and rudeness, but no complaints bout csr we thought it was absolutely beautiful and we had perfect fresh clean rooms!
back to ME though, good thing for us it was not our first trip or we would have been clueless. we just went to the front where the busses load at WL and gave the driver our tix and left. it was actually nice b/c had we been scheduled a time it would have been way earlier than we needed to leave. we left WL at 8:30 and our flight was for 11:am so we had plenty of time...well...it was just right , and I admit that if we had any glitches we'd a been SOL!!! That is Sorry outta luck!!!;0)
