Well, MAGGIMUS and everyone--I just finished writing my vows!! I mean, uh, OUR vows.
Not to rub it in Maggie--and how is that coming, anyhow? but I am DONE DONE DONE!
Granted, self-praise is faint praise, but I think I did a great job of incorporating who-we-are and what-we-want-to-say while retaining the spirit and meaning of the traditional vows.
I have to say, of all the Things I Have To Get Done, this one was the most dreaded, and ended up being the most enjoyable. Plus, I really got some time to spend thinking about the vows and what they mean, you know?
Okay, I'm ready to get married!
December 14th---hurry up!!

Im starting to feel the burn!

. I just called Rev Jack again, left a message. He will hate me by the time this is over with- but surely im not the only pestering bride out there. I have e-mailed everyone else again for piece of mind.... hopefully will hear something soon (im very impatient at this point so if i dont hear within the next two days ill be calling again). With Rev Jack Day I dont even give him that long- im freaking out. I havent called his mobile yet because I want to know also that we are confirmed for that date- and he probobly doesnt carry his little black book with him. Things will look up -- i hope
.
for the support... i need it right now.

That was a good laugh. I like the idea of calling Michael Eisner and the pope..
