they cant find out reservation which we made 5 months ago
I have written confirmation!!!
Just went online to check availability and they are full
this is our only "family" mini-vaca this summer and they darn well better find our information.
DS & I were there July 4th wknd and made this special room request and they didnt tell us then that they dont have our reservation so --

Maybe someone was just blind and couldn't see your reservations. You should call back and talk to someone else. If you have confirmation then it shouldn't be an issue.

I ALWAYS keep confirmation numbers . Not to worry. They'll either "find" room for you there or absorb the expense of putting you up elsewhere ...........

Yes I did call back and they "found" our reservation. So DH, DS and I leave Fri after I work 1/2 day
Thank God I called - I wouldnt want to have been told they "lost" it after we got all the way up there.
