I purchased our tickets long before I had to and I was very excited when they arrived.

You should receive a copy of all your tickets. Just a suggestion: make a copy of the copy and take it with you -- you never know.

I even put a NOTE on my phone with the numbers to our PAP's just to have a record of them with me.

yes I believe you can get this done at check-in.just remember to keep your room key if the tickets are non-ex longer then your stay.
