Have had a great week. We got back from Spain on Tuesday after buying a holiday home which is currently being built and today booked our flydrive with Virgin for August 2007 and booked our Disney Cruise with our DVC points. Just need to book Saratoga Springs when our booking window opens in September.

Have never been on the Disney Cruise before and we are all really excited. :cloud9:

Will have to ask DD to add a new countdown to the signature!

Congratulations Susan, you will love it, I went on the Disney cruise the year before last and hoping to do another one in 2008. Its the best :thumbsup2 :cheer2: :cheer2:

We thought nothing in the world was better than a holiday to Floriday until we found DCL. Done 3 cruises now all in October when prices are better.
This August we are trying Royal Caribbean Cruise as it was 1/3 the price of Disney. Will not be as good but wont know if we don't try.

How exciting Sue, you'll love it, we've done 3 x 3 night cruises and we're doing our first 4 night cruise in January (can't wait). How many nights have you booked? It sounds like you're going to have a great holiday :)

Sounds great Sue - I so want to go on a Disney Cruise but I suspect I will be waiting a few more years before I get the chance (unless I can persuade DH to part with a little bit of his redundancy money ;) ).

Hope you have a great time - we are still hoping to meet you all in October (the girls are hoping to meet your DD, who I believe they've been PMing for the last few months :) )

Great,

We've book our DCL for next oct the 7 night eastern (i think or it could be the western, not really bothered as long as i am on the cruise ) :cool1:

Need all the advice i can get for what to expect.

Hopefully going to stay at BCV before hand and VWL for afterwards using points (DH not aware of this) :thumbsup2

Flydrive and cruise booked together with VH.

It is so great, look at the Disboards DIsney cruise line and you will get all the advice you need, you have to be quick with the repeat cruisers as they know what to do to book Palos the adult resturant and the shore trips, it is fantastic i could go on for ever but look at the cruise boards it covers everything.

I suggest booking through Dreams they help a lot, also lots of info on DCL 's own website.

Thanks everyone for all the advice.

We are booked on the 3 night cruise and we were wondering if we would have time to do the shorter Atlantis excursion and have time to go to the Hard Rock Cafe in Nassau (apparently not too far from the Port) all in the one day?

The other question is about whether we can store the cases we won't need back at the Disney resorts?

Joh, looking forward to the October meet. Hopefully we won't be too late, as we have our table at Raglan Road booked for a bit later than the rest of you, but I will try to get everyone there early for a drink.

All going on DCL try join a cruise meet on these forums, Look for your sail dates and join in, we did for last Octobers 7 night cruise. The thread is now over 2400 posts and 161 pages long and we still keep it going. We had 2 meets onboard and a game of Distag organized by Kevin. We all decorated our doors and took gifts for each other relating to our local area.

link to our thread (it started about 18 months before sail date)http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=528404
