Hi, Susy!

I just got back from BWI and had an awesome experience there. I didn't make it back in time to check out the desserts in the evening as we were on the go, but for breakfast they had assorted cereals, danishes, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, coffee and juice. Snacks were pretzels, goldfish, cookies (chocolate chip were yummy), sodas, etc.
IPO was fabulous. They got us some last minute ressie's since our plans changed a bit right before we left. The staff in the lounge were very personable and great to deal with. Look for Lorenzo - he's a hoot! Lauren & Scott really took care of finalizing a special gift for a honeymooning cousin that were staying off site. I couldn't believe the hoops they went through for me. They certainly didn't have to, but it made a lasting impression.
We had a deluxe room (large room that can sleep 6) which was right over Flying Fish Cafe. We were around the corner from the door to the entrance of the CL area, but that didn't bother me a bit that we weren't "behind" that beautiful door marked Inns Keeper Lounge. We had a wonderful view of the boardwalk/lake. I think part of the rooms are on the 4th floor behind that magic door

and they have additional rooms on another floor.
I would imagine the lounge would get pretty busy in the morning during busier times. I think AKL's lounge has more seating than BWI, but you can always take it back to your room if you're in a pinch. We may have been catching it late enough in the morning where it would be considered a peak time in the lounge as well.
Upon arrival, just let them know that you are staying concierge. I had to go the front desk first, but I was then escorted to the 4th floor where Steve checked me in.
Good luck on your decision and happy planning!
