Had room 5089 (1 Bedroom) overlooking quiet pool, canal and Tower of Terror. What a great view! The tower looked awesome at night lit up in an eerie blue.

I deduce this must have been BWV??? We had a view there like you described and enjoyed it, also.

How was the weather and the crowd level for you?

Yes, we were at the BWV. The weather was very hot and humid. The parks were crowded but very manageable. We used Fast passes and Extra magic hour as much as possible.

We were in that exact same area last year at BWV. What a wonderful view of DW's favorite ride!

And at night, we could clearly hear the Fantasmic music and the thunderous applause at the end of the show!

I thought it was great....but we liked it so much we ended up buying a BWV contract to match our VWL contract!

Last trip I also hade the voew overlooking the quiet pool. It was beautiful.

We go back in October. How are the repairs and painting going on. Are they nearly fininshed?

The entire Standard View side overlooking the main entrance is covered and in rehab. All of these rooms must be closed. No rehabs on the BW side other than the Art Gallery.
