Just got back from stay at HRH....Oct 13-17.

Deluxe Room for $155....did not ask to see Ent. Card
Got CD at Check In
Rec'd 2 nights of Cookies and Milk for Loews First Club.....cool card with each saying "Hope your enjoying you stay"
Son got Grade A kids perks
Valet parked, but no charge on the bill...yea!!
Room and Service were both exceptional
FOTL access rules...!!...son rode Hulk like 12-14 times...MIB even more.....never held us to 1 per hour.
Son got to be contestant on Slime Time Live....very cool!!
Ate at Mythos, NBA Live, Margaritaville......very good.....Motown...average

Overall all.....first class accomodations and sevice everywhere.

Sounds like a perfect trip!

Thats good to know that your son received the Grade A perks. I wonder if they brought it back again? When I last called I was told the promotion was over at the end of September. Be on the lookout for the valet parking charge on your next CC statement. I have read a few posters comments that they also werent charged at check-out, only to find the charges appear on CC when they returned home. Then again there have also been many that were never charged, hope thats the case for you

we were there from sunday thru thursday, and the crowds seemed light. they never held us to the 1 per hour limit on fotl access as son kept riding hulk and mib over and over again, able to walk in at mythos, nba city and margaritaville during both lunch and dinner. margaritaville got busy during afternoon/evening happy hours, figured lot of locals taking in HHN along with the happy hour.

I'm jealous. We were there Oct 11-14 and was told that my son couldn't get Grade A kids perks because it was over.

Was also told when I presented my Loews card that I couldn't get any of the "perks" because I had gotten my room at a "discounted" rate. This seemed strange to me because we had gotten the same "discounted" rate during spring break and were able to get the perks then.

The FOTL can't be beat though and my son was also a contestant on Slime Time Live Oct 14th.

Glad you had a great time. We were a little disappointed after being treated so special during Spring Break and then going again and being told no for all the perks at HRH.

My daughter didnt get the free soda for the Kids Grade A special, but we did get milk and cookies and welcome gifts (pail and shovel, necklace). It took a couple of calls for the milk and cookies, they eventually brought it to us, once at 11 pm and the next morning at 8 am. Go figure!!

I used the Entertainment rate and also got the milk and cookies for one room and fresh fruit for the other. That was last week. The clerk told me that it didn't matter if you got the room discounted.

Wow, this DID sound like the perfect trip!

It seems the Loews perks depend on the person you speak to. I don't think they're all on the same page. I had to do a tap dance to get my milk and cookies but did eventually get it, and I got my rates on hotel discount.com.

Coooool about your son getting to be on STL! That's my son's dream!
