JUST BACK - The good, the bad, and the ugly.... :( :)

I definetely cannot understand what people must be thinking to steal someones things like that! Especially when children are involved... But i am amazed at how Disney handled your situation! How awesome!! Hope you had a great tip, and happy holidays! :goodvibes

and to the PP, you should not have to worry about others stealing your things while you are tending to your children and taking them on a ride... i do not even have children, but i know it's tough to watch parents juggle 20 things at once, and then who wants to lug around all of their belongings on a ride? What a very rude comment to someone who was just sharing their experience... As another poster said, you are relatively new to the boards, and just so you know, this is not a place to criticize others!

:thumbsup2 I totally agree with you!

Thanks for sharing your story. This is exactly why we love Disney! Sometimes I think we should be taking our kids other places, but the customer service at Disney is so wonderful, it is hard to think about going somewhere else.

jd, sorry about your last day. We do EXACTLY the same thing. put stuff under the stroller, blocked by smelly diaper bag, mini cooler. Takes a lot of patience to steal our junk. We carry our camera, sunglasses onto the attractions. If someone is that desperate to steal our stuff, then wishing them bad Karma ( if it exists!) I have seen folks merely place their obvious disney bag of goods in the seat of strollers, and are amazed. Any person could walk off with it, no problem.

On the funny side of this, when we first went to disneyland resort, our friend brought a bike chain and lock so she could lock her stroller up so no one would steal it. after spending so much time locking and unlocking the stupid thing and my husband I teasing her, she finally gave up. If someone takes your stroller, they must need it more than you, or they are just plain mean.

Glad Disney helped you out. That was so nice. Glad you had a nice visit, and I agree watching your five miracles is more important then stuff""

It's nice to hear that you were treated so well by Disney security. We have been strollerless for a couple trips now, but we used to leave our diaper bag in the stroller. That sucker was huge! We do always send our packages back to our resort, unless it's our last day. :)
