Just back! GREAT trip! :)

I can't believe that after months of planning, we're home! We had a marvelous time! We stayed offsite this trip ($23 a night through priceline). We rented a car through National and got upgraded to a PT Cruiser. Dh LOVED it!

We went to all 4 Disney parks and the 2 Universal parks. Crowds were very good. We only used fast pass a couple times and we never needed to use an express pass at Universal Studios or Island of Adventure. We went to MNSSHP on Oct. 28th. That was VERY crowded. We had a good time, but honestly, I doubt we'll ever do it again. We went to the boardwalk on Halloween night and really enjoyed all the festivities. We went to Jellyrolls one night and went to Port Orleans to hear the infamous Bob Jackson! Wonderful!!!

Glad you had a nice time and hope you're not too depressed that its over...time to plan the next trip!

Is Bob Jackson at POFQ or Riverside? We're staying at Riverside in Dec., and we'll go check him out since I've heard a lot about him...what does he do, play the piano and tell jokes? Do you know if he works certain nights?

Bob has a website which lists his performance dates for the month. http://www.yehaabob.com/Page5.html

We saw him at Riverside. The CM at the gate, however, said that he alternates French Quarter and Riverside. Not sure if that's true or not.

He sings, tells jokes and plays the piano. He's big on audience participation too. If you're shy, I suggest you sit near the back. We sat in the front and he had me leading a conga line! It's a really fun time and VERY entertaining. Have a great trip!!!
