Just back from the CSR/Polynesian....Pt 2 (long)

Ohhhhh, how I wish I was there! After reading your post about the Polynesian, it brought back such memories! We stayed right across the hall from your room. Lucky enough to get an upgrade during a slow time!
The "feel", the ducks, the water parade, the tiki torches, the music. Loved it all.
I do have to say, we did use the 5-7 appetizers as our meals 5 out of 7 nights. We were with our 3 kids who are VERY picky eaters. We did not go for the restuarants. They brought their food over from Captain Cooks and we enjoyed the creations of Chef Dick.
I am sure if it was our honeymoon, or traveling with children who liked to eat like we do, we would have ventured out.
Just wanted to note that people can make meals out of the appetizers. They vary enough (at least in my opinion). But as I said, I'm sure we wouldn't have if we didn't have to.
Congratulations on your wedding! You picked a GREAT place to honeymoon! :)

Yes, I agree about chef's dick, and leonards creations were meals in themselves, but hubby thought if someone was a big meat eater, they might not be happy I would have liked to see cheese pizza on the children's area though.

Deb.

I was reading my posts again and am having the "disney blues". I wish I was there now instead of preparing financial reports here at work.....:(
