Just back from our very first trip to WDW! Wow!

We went from 2/24-3/4/05, we split our stay between POFQ and WL. We had a wonderful first trip!!! I posted a trip report, but thought I would hit some of the highlights over here since this is always the first board I look at.
A few of my favorite things:
1. Loved both POFQ and WL!! POFQ was quiet and calming, very clean and has a great pool for kids(mine are 9&5). WL was also beautiful, and was so convenient to MK.
2. Disney transportation worked out great for us. We never waited more than 15 minutes for a bus, loved taking the boat from WL and the boat from POFQ to DTD.
3. My favorite restaurants: we ate at Biergarten, WCC, CG, CP, CRT Cindy breakfast, Peco's Bill's, LTT, Kona, Earl of Sandwich in DTD, H&V. I will definitely return to CP, by far our favorite restaurant this trip. H&V was fine, but if we do F! dinner package again, we will try MM. CG was wonderful, will return. Would do Earl again, LTT again. Of course, would return to magical CRT if we could be lucky enough to get another PS.
4. Loved the F! dinner package convenience, will do this again. We loved being able to relax and walk in 30 minutes before the show, we thought the seats were great, saw everything!
5. Loved Festival of the Lion King at AK...not to be missed!!
6. Absolutely loved all the night shows, we decided Fantasmic is probably our favorite, but loved them all!!
7. My kids loved the bunk beds at WL!
8. Tiffany Towncar: Our driver was Sam, great experience with them!
We are already planning our next trip...we're hooked!!!!!!!

I love reading about first-timer's reactions! So.....when's your next trip?

I know you have nothing to compare it to, but how were the crowds? What were the lines like for the rides? We were orginally going to go (at the time you went), and decided to go at the end of October instead.

We never waited in line more than 15 minutes. At times lines did get long, but Fastpass works wonderfully, I never could understand why people would wait in long lines when they didn't have to(unless of course they were holding onto a fastpass for another ride).
