Just Back From OKW

Hi,

We made a ressie for our friends for OKW and they just got back. He complain ed that the bed is too soft and no support at all. He didn't enjoy the stay...we felt bad...it was their first time staying inside WDW. When do you think WDW will get better mattress?

OP - glad you had a good time, and thanks for posting about your Mousekeeping experience on check-out day - we had that at Beach Club the end of May. It really bothered me -- I figured that since we didn't have an envelope hanging on our door (yay for DVC points and no charging to the room), she must've thought we'd already checked out. As it was, DH had gone for a run which means the door wasn't bolted (that's another tip for those who can't find a DND sign - make sure the bolts are on the door) and I barely got to the door before she opened it. She asked when we were leaving, so I told her it would be after 10:30. Then I found the DND sign and put it on the door.

We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental last week (traded DVC points to stay there) and our room had a "doorbell" and also had a light system where you could put DND on the light or Make Up Room or nothing. We learned to put DND on the first night when the turn-down service came and we weren't expecting it - the boys had just come out of the shower and were not yet in the pj's. Oops.
