Just back from HRH club level...

We reserved a Kid's Suite for our vacation. I'm unclear....is that the same as the Club Level? Do we get the benefits (snacks) that you mentioned? Also, do you know the guidelines for the honor roll program at the hotel? This is the first time I've heard of that. I'm glad you mentioned it!

There are 2 kids suites on the club floor and if you are lucky enough to get one you will be entitled to all club floor amenities. They will not guarantee you a club level kids suite but you can request one from what I understood. I took a chance at check in and asked if they were still honoring the grade "A" program and she looked at the kids report cards and printed grade "A" kid on their room keys. They have to have at least 1 A on their card to recieve the free soft drinks and ice cream. My first grader doesn't get actual grades on her card but that was okay.

The Honor Roll program will be a good incentive for the kid's to keep their grades up!
