We had a wonderful time and stayed at PBH. Thanks Bubba's mom for all the help and tips. We ate at 7 AM and took the bike ride over to Islands main entrance-got there at 7:25 ( they say opening at eight but it was early every day)with our already purchased tickets. The line for onsite guests was not bad at all. We were let into the park at 7:30 and followed around to the right past Seuss land. We went directly to Forbidden Journey and went through the castle without being rushed and rode then visited several stores and were done by 8:30. It was crowded in the stores but doable. Although, we did skip Olivanders. The rest of the parks had the usual wait times and were no problem for onsite guests.

Did you enjoy the ride? Thanks for posting your experience.

It does throw u around a lot so u have to enjoy that type of ride. The visual effects are great. I actually like the castle more than the ride but what do I know. Also, when you first see hogwarts, Diagon Alley etc takes your breath away.

I think a lot of people will agree with you on that. My wife and I thought it was blurry and, even though we rode it 5-6 times each to catch the different details, wouldn't miss it if we never rode it again. My 16-year old niece and 13-year old nephew rode it twice the entire week. They preferred the coasters.
