We returned Monday night from our first trip home. Even our DS16, who thinks Disney is not cool, enjoyed it. He won't admit it, but said at least five times, "You need to buy more points" LOL!
We had a little trouble with our luggage. We stayed at the Poly the first night. We had bell services pick up our luggage to Tranfer to the BCV the next morning. We were told it would be there by 2:00 pm. Checked in at 3:00 pm. The room was ready, great location etc. All our request were met. Asked about our luggage, it wasn't there. They call over to the Poly, it was still sitting there. Promised to have it sent right over.
We went out to Epcot until 5:00 pm, had the luggage delivered. Then headed out quickly for Halloween. The next morning, I realized a bag of groceries and a case of bottled water were missing. They had never been delivered. We call down to BCV bell services to have them check. To make an already long story short, the Poly had lost our items. No big deal, we could get by without them. The manger at the BCV insisted on replacing the items! He asked me for a list of what was missing. When we returned from the parks the groceries were there. They had sent someone to Goodings!
It's things like this that make us glad we decided to make WDW our "second home"!
