I cant believe it, but its over, we are back from our Disney Vacation!

We got back Saturday night, and we had a great time.

We stayed at the CBR, and it was beautiful.

We ate at The Garden Grill, Crystal Palace, Cindys Castle, Brown Derby, Beaches and Cream, and Planet Hollywood.

We went on the illuminations cruise on the Breathless. I think this was the highlight of our vacation,

So Ask away, I will try to answer any and all questions about crowds, mission space, etc.

Now I have to plan my next Disney vacation.

Another one asking about the crowds. :) We leave on Sunday and will be at WDW for a week. Did you go to AK? We'll be there on an EE day and I've heard the park fills up quickly.

Welcome back, and thanks for answering questions!

Lyanne

What about your experiences at both the Castle and the Brown Derby? I've not been to either one, and I'd love to know how your visit to each of these went.

How bad was the rain? Was it every day, and for how long?

We will be there in 3 1/2 WEEKS.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: Hoping transportation from CBR is good. I've heard a few bad things.

Disnyeworldborn2shop: The crowds were really non existant after sunday, We never waited for a ride after Sun and used fast pass on sunday for Test Track once.

Mamaceld: AK was great, we went on EMH day and went directly to the Safari, animals were all out an about, it was the best! Also dont miss KRR. What a great ride, but be prepared to get wet!

Amymouse:
Cindys were very good, my 9 year old DS was apprehensive at first ( too girly) but then he loved it, all the princess's treated him like a prince, food was very good and lots of it. Brown Derby happens to be my favorite eatery. I always have the Cobb salad, and my DH had it this time also, cant beat the Grapefruit cake and Creme Brulee deserts!

Hucifer- We were there for 8 days, from Aug 30 thru Sept 6, and everymorning the news would predict major rain, the entire time we were there it rained on two days for about 10 min. each. No biggy.

Mady/sophiemom: We did not take the CBR busses, but saw lots of folks that did. We had a car, and it was just easier to use it, since it gave us a little more freedom. At the end of the day, when we were really tired, just easier to take the tram back to the parking lot with a little less walking. The CBR is quite a large resort, and not all bldgs are near the bus stops. Have a great time, the resort is beautiful.

To everyone that is going, I am sooooo jealous, Have great trips, and be sure to let us know how it went.

Glad I could be of some help, please feel free to ask any other questions you have.

Welcome back. We missed you. Sounds like you had a terrific trip, will you be writing a trip report?

I've been hearing a lot of complaints that certain attractions are run down and unsanitary restrooms, etc. What was your opinion of the conditions, any major complaints?

With BTMRR being closed for refurbishment are the lines for Splash Mountain really long? Is FP the way to go for this attraction? Any other tips you care to share???

Thanks for your help and response!:p

Nativetxn: we are posting our trip report, up to part 3, more to follow.

PrinceEric1: No problems in any of the Parks that we saw. Usual Disney spotless, everywhere including restrooms.

Ragu: No crowds at all, only line we waited on at MK was for Tommorowland Indy Speedway. They were only using a few cars , and only part of the track, That ride seems to still be really popular. My DH, and DS, and me went on twice though, once right after the other, total probably waited 30 minutes.
Splash Mtn, no wait at all, walked right on, same with Space Mtn.
