That is great for the parks. Have been a BWV owner for almost 20 years, and for all those years until recently, the biggest problem we ever had was the almost always lousy bus service to the two parks, MK and AK. Originally, pre the existence of AK, it always shared with S/D and YC/BC; when AK opened that also applied to it. After BCV opened, adding more capacity, it changed to sharing with S/D, but then sometimes also with YC/BC (such as during slower times of the day), and you would never know when it might do that until you got on the bus. That system continued until Oct 2015 although by then stopping at YC/BC had virtually ceased occurring. The problem over the years was not just the multiple stops but the often inordinate amount of time the bus would spend at a stop. I stopped counting the number of times we just sat at the Swan stop and then the Dolphin stop for at least 5 minutes each after all had boarded, just sitting there doing nothing, and stopped counting the number of times we waited 45 minutes and longer for a bus to show up at MK or AK, while watching every other resort have two to three buses come while we waited. Over the years I sent 12 letters "suggesting" that they switch to having BW with its own bus to the parks. That happened for MK beginning last October and now also for AK. Thus the problem has been finally fixed only after Disney spent its seemingly usual time getting around to fixing a problem, about 20 years.
Returned last week, everything was great except MANY of the bathrooms had NO running water from some of the faucets, NO paper towels for drying hands. This was not a hit and miss event, all parks had these issues.
Was this Nov 11 by any chance? I encountered the party with service dogs/service horse at F&W that day... I was so taken by surprise I didn't even think of snapping a pic!
Yes it was. We were walking from WS to FW along the walkway where the wine and cheese and chocolate kiosks were located. There were two service dogs followed by the service horse.
