A tip to share for the Maharaja Jungle Trek in AK...

If you're interested in seeing the tigers, walk through the trek just before closing. The tigers obviously know what time they get to leave and probably eat. We walked through right at 5:00 last week and all 5 tigers were up and walking around - chasing each other, nd pacing around waiting for the door to open for them to leave.

We must have been there at the same time! (Any chance it was last Tues?) We had walked through earlier in the day, and the tigers weren't very visible, so we decided to come back later. ( we have always had such great experiences watching them play!) We walked through about 5-10 min before 5:00, and dh filmed their pacing by what must have been the doorway. One of them finally jumped in the pool and it looked like she was hiding from one of the other tigers who walked past! I agree that it was a wonderful viewing time!
