"Jungle Jamming Parade" Is it worth it ?

We really enjoyed this parade. It is very colorful as many others have said, and has great music and dancing. It's funny how Animal Kingdom in general seems to attract two different opinions - either you love it or it's just OK and you only need half a day to "see everything". We're a family that loves it, and definitely need to plan more than 1 day there next trip!

I must add my opinion, experience and knowledge. It is the most hand-clapping, hip-swaying parade Disney has. No matter how bad a day it had been the parade was always a gret pick-me-up before I left work for the day. As a previous AK CM I used strongly urge you to see it from Aais. Darn near EVERYone tries to cram into an area from the brige at Africa to the Bridge going to Asia stretching around in frontof the Tree of Life. There is frequently not only loads of front line space, while others are 4 and 5 deep, but there is a great deal of shade back there that time of day as well.

Best place to watch it is Africa, on its second pass through. As posted above, people watch it near its start, then follow it out of the park. Just hang out at the Dawa Bar (my newest favorite discovery in the World! ) and then move right into the front row when they're coming back around.

Do y'all know about the Dawa Bar?? great place to just hang out, with adult beverages. The rum runners are good, as are several of their other specialty drinks.
