June visit

We just found out that my dh must be in san diego in june - so we thought we might go to dl and dca. What will the crowds be like? We are there June 22-26. Will we get to do much? Is dca still not very crowded? We are there on a fri, sat, sun and mon - which days are least crowded in the parks? Any and all help is appreciated. My dh and i have been there twice and my son once when he was 8 - he is now 12.
