I just checked your date and the cabin is available for $302 under the new promo. Rack rate for that night came up as $377.
When I first looked online to get an idea of cost, the rate was $330, so $302 didn't seem like much of a discount.

For me, something is better than nothing.
True, but when you read 20% discount, the difference between $330 and $302 is not close. We are considering offsite, which would run us around $240 - $250 with taxes and resort fee (if applicable).
"Save even more when you add minimum 6-day Magic Your Way tickets to your room."
I can't find what you "save" with this ticket option. Anyone know if it is a discount or extra days, water park or what????![]()
You didn't figure in tax, that shows up on the next page. Rack is $335, then $42 in tax making it $377. The discount rate is $268 then when you add tax it's $301.50.
That's it! Thank you. It always helps when you compare apples to apples.

I stayed AKL for my honeymoon in 2008. It was one of the best experiences of my life! Pure bliss to go to the window in the morning and watch the zebras, or to see giraffes passing by as we walk down the hallway!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful time!
OK, I was busy last week and totally missed this thread. I know based on the mouseSavers website, that historically this 30%-or-so discount becomes available about 4/2. I didn't expect it to become available about 2 weeks early.
I called this morning about booking a deluxe room at BWI for the first week of August (7 days for 35% discount) and the CM said it's no longer available at the discounted rate. 1 freaking day late.
My question: what to do to possibly get BWI at the discount rate for that week?
Call everyday and keep checking? (hoping someone has cancelled)
Book the room at the full rate and hope it becomes available at the discount rate?
Thanks in advance.
Just got off the phone with a different booking CM, and he said that the BWI deluxe rooms are "not on the promo" which is different from "no longer available on the promo".
The website says: "The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited."
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/summer-room-and-tickets-discount/
Is it possible this promo does not apply to certain rooms, such as the BWI deluxe rooms?
Edit: in other words, it's pointless to keep checking back if those rooms aren't on this discount? (Or are they?)It is pointless sad to agree. I was told the same for Nemo Suites. They are NOT part of the promotion. Not sold out necessarily but they are trying to fill Cars and Lion King. That is exactly what I was told by THREE different CM's.
It is a very limited offer and it seems you only really save if it is the five nights. I was told by two CM's to check back in a couple weeks for more of a savings on the WL portion of our stay-last few days in August that aren't currently covered. For now I had to do two MM packages on two different reservations to get any discount.![]()
