mky: bought the I Pass so I hope it comes before the first DePaul trip...it should. We'll give it a work out twice already this summer.

You got it right on Lake Michigan...COLD! Lake Superior is even worse. Most people don't realize it's like looking at the ocean.

Heading to Wally World soon, but it's pouring so after we took in DS's laptop (2 hours back to school) I had coffee first hoping it will stop.

I lost my bra too that has no underwire in all the confusion...maybe it got sent to GoodwillI cannot find it!

DH is looking at the new video camera for the kids for uploading videos of their throws so we are going to try it out at DL...I think they will upload to youtube or some such thing. Should be fun though

The lost has been found.

Why did I put the travel bra in the Bagellini I will never know, but I knew I saw it. I do strange things sometimes.

Walmart trip was pricey with all the college supplies too! But getting stuff ready.

I have to figure out groceries. The one place carries soy milk so I could use that for cream. Won't take as long to pack clothes though.

me and sis have changed our minds.. dont freak, we are still going to disney next year.. we just are gonna stay at a different resort. The Pop Century again.. for several reasons..
~we had so much fun there in 2009
~the cheesecake!!
~she hasnt been there since they redid the rooms
~saving $800, to spend on other things!

so instead of the CBR its gonna be POp century again.. next week i get to put another $300 towards disney, the myshare check from work.. cant wait!

Hope all had a great weekend. We where busy. Finally got to the movies. Yes, We liked it too. And stayed till the bitter end. Very worth it, and so many people left before.

Tomar, so happy that you are having summer visitors. That is special news.

EE22, WTG! Glad you found it. Good plan getting there stuff early and ready. You will be ready to go!

JMouse, I think you will still have a very special trip. And you will not have buyers remorse. Good for you. We have at some time all changed our plans or resorts. I cancelled a disney cruise entirely one year. It was heart breaking at the time > but worked out for the better.

Minnie & ee22, this code is it something new cause I knew about one a while ago that I have and cannot find info on a new one? Just watching for an ap rate.

We have been so worried about our Vader, {so far doing ok} that I didn't expect my parakeet "zazu" to be ill. He is no longer with us. Very suddenly, but for a parakeet he was very old. I am guessing 10yrs? at least.

mky...I am so sorry about Zazu..that is sad it is amazing how long some kritters live. DL11 had a beta fish named Eeyore that lived from 5th grade to 8th grade. Amazing. I hope Vader continues on the right path.

I thought you still needed part of your trip in August for a code.

Jmouse...a friend of mine here always stays at Pop. She loves it!

MKY: So sorry about Zazu. That is so sad. Especially since it was so sudden.

I have also become addicted the Casey Anthony case. She is so guilty, I really just don't get it. My biggest question is if it was an accident or she did it on purpose. I do believe that she drugged her kid on purpose so she would sleep while Casey went out but did she mean for her life to end or did she just overdrug her? That is really my question. The rest is all BS in my mind.

EE22: I am forgetting you are going to DL this year. I was going to tell you to go to Wegoshop. But I bet a super Target or something like that would have what you need. I am assuming that you are getting a car.

Tomar: So excited for you that the kids are coming for the summer. Time is flying by...they will be here before you know it.

I go back to class tomorrow. So free time for me will be over.

Well the days are flying by all right , we are down to 37 now ...Whoo Hoo !

MKY- Im so sorry about Zazu.....I never knew how long a bird`s life span was, but when you become attached to any pet, it is very sad ....
Im excited for the kiddies to be with us in August....at least I will have been rested from our trip....for me to play with them and take them places here in New Jersey..

EE22- I think the summer code (up to 8-13) came out in April some time .
Ticket vouchers came in the mail this morning, time is almost here !!

There is a public code that just came out that goes out through 10-1 and I thought mky needed the other part of her vacation at the end of the summer. The one from April only went through that August date.

Ap rates should be out soon I would think.

Read through the stuff for the DePaul visit...egads...on over load. While I am carless this week I am going to read up on DL stuff. I have to believe being an avid WDW fan, I can handle touring DL.

The I-Pass if for our new adventures to Chicago and back. They have many tollways and it will save time of not having to pull off and pay.

The DL tickets were more excitingeven more exciting...I went to the ticket drawer and found 80 bucks in there! not sure why it was there, but I'll take it

OK --- i've looked through the informative Ticket thread... but am still confused --- i knew i had friends here in the thread that could quickly answer for me!

If i get a 10 day park pass w/ the water fun and more option --- with park hopper option....

I'm confused how the water parks play in to this:

Our package is a 14 night stay....

Can I still go to MAJOR parks for 10 days PLUS three additional days of water parks and DQ??

OR -- is it 10 days total of major parks and water parks/etc????
