bringing me to 1560/1680. Almost at my goal!!
so a blanket GREAT JOB to all of you braving the heat and moving about. 
Could have been one of those days that I blew off exercising but I made it to the gym this afternoon for an hour of elliptical fun bringing me to 1620/1680.
