I did an hour Strong class and an hour Werq class today :cheer2: bringing me to 1560/1680. Almost at my goal!!
 

I keep thinking I am going to catch up reading everybody's posts so that I can respond to a few, but never seems to happen :confused3 so a blanket GREAT JOB to all of you braving the heat and moving about.

I walked 30 minutes tonight so I am at 735/900 I think. :cool1:
 
Finally got a little bit of my motivation back and managed to add another 35 minutes (of jogging) to my total, which puts me at 143/450.
 
I didn't make it to a class today (insert gasp here)...decided I needed my sleep and the kids didn't have any activities this morning so it was a rare opportunity to sleep in :) Could have been one of those days that I blew off exercising but I made it to the gym this afternoon for an hour of elliptical fun bringing me to 1620/1680.
 
Slow and hot run in Little Rock, AR today... lots of fun to run somewhere totally new and so different from what I'm used to.

4 miles in 56 minutes.

I soooo did not want to get out of bed for my 5:45 AM class, but thought of this challenge and yanked the covers off! :goodvibes

Still no run, but walks and I counted 15 minutes of picking strawberries. Of course, I was picking much, much longer. The field smelled so good as soon as you got out of your car! The weather was perfect and they were all a lovely red. mmmmmm I picked 11 pounds. Don't need to make jam as we still have some left over from last year, but I may do it anyway just cuz I have so much. Tomorrow I will make a pie and some strawberry spice bread to freeze then I suppose freeze the rest. Smoothies will be so yummy later in the summer.

Down to the final third of the month and everyone's doing a great job! Keep up the good work.
 
Busy busy week between the kids last week of school, work and I began a class...but I got in 3 more runs! Today my very own personal trainer (aka my 22 yr old son) came with me to help me out!

32 minutes Tue. 36 minutes Wedn. 42 minutes today!

New total 530/1000! :cool1:
 
60 more minutes of running (4.4ish miles) at the Big Dam Bridge in Little Rock/North Little Rock first thing this morning.

I haven't had a chance to check in this week. Have some days with minutes & some without. :confused3 Just a busy month & trying to take it a little easy on some of the hotter days! Also trying to finish my never ending yard work. :sad2:

40 minutes of gardening over 3 days - spent many many hours, but at least 40 minutes of it should count as an arm workout, especially since my arms were too sore to do anything else!!! Still trying to get through my pile of mulch.

71 + 67 minutes - 2 walks last week

60 minute hike - some on a trail, some over the rocks along the coastline! This was my husband's idea, and the rocky coast is totally out of my comfort zone!

40 + 11 - sculpt, core, etc...

I'm up to 650 out of 900
 
This week was bad exercise wise for me. I had a crazy shoulder pain on Wednesday that kept me from running and I was all over the place with job interviews Thursday and yesterday.
I can add 30 minutes strength training on Thursday and 40 minutes running today.
Today was our 5K and we had a great time. I came in just under my 40 minute goal so I am thrilled. I was so happy at the end I almost cried!

I haven't been posting lately but I kept track of all the exercise I did over these past couple of days. On Thursday I swam for 100 minutes. Yesterday, we went to the boardwalk and walked for a whopping four hours. That adds up to 340 minutes. 505+340=845/800. I did it everyone! I surpassed my goal! Congratulations to anyone else who achieved their goal or is coming close to it and good luck to everyone still going for it! :thumbsup2 :cheer2: :woohoo:
 
Made it to the park yesterday morning for 35 more minutes of jogging, which should put me at 178/450.
