Debbieandroo- PCC3.0 is the Podcast Cruise with the people that run the Disborads! I will be doing a 5K walk on our first day at Castaway Cay and I will be meeting up with some other Disers for early morning walks and trips to the gym while on the ship.

debbieandroo extra ways to fit exercise into daily life sounds like great things to learn. I hope lots post those ideas. I need all the help I can find. Thank you for hosting this and letting me join it.
 

28/1000 did 30 day shred this month - it's my last full month to lose weight before my birthday (in July). I think if I stick with 30 day shred and add a little bit of running, I can actually have the body I want... It's just sticking to it that's the problem. I hope to eventually make exercise/running a habit that I can't live without! :-)

Alright off to a good start!! My son started summer school yesterday so I'll be walking back and forth. This morning I dropped him off and walked for quite a bit.

Walked to and from work today so there's 12 minutes! I may add more minutes if I start painting those living room walls again. That got me just 48 minutes shy of my goal last month. And FYI only 2 coats were required. :banana:

I'm in for 900 minutes. I'm already at 75. I had to walk to another building at work today. It's 30 minutes back and forth. Driving doesn't save much time and everyone walks it, so why should I do the same!!?!?

Was hoping to do something else tonight, but my knee hurt too much, so all I got was the 45 minute walk this morning, but I was dragging a 50 lb wagon behind me so it was actually some good cardio. And tonight when we got home I was a little over 9000 steps. Despite the fact that me knee is slightly swollen, I vowed that there were no excuses and I would get in my 10,000 for today. It was pouring so I made laps in my living room and kitchen. The cat though I was crazy limping through the house in circles, but I finished!! I dont really consider that exercise though, so I am sticking with only recording my morning walk.

I am in for June. I'm going to lower my goal this month to 900 - at least to start. I haven't been feeling well and am supposed to be taking a "resting" weekend per my doctor. I am frustrated with the inactivity, but don't have much choice since walking, talking, & eating are all affecting my ability to breathe right now.


Got in 8 mins abs & 8 mins (out of a 20 min video) tai chi yesterday. :sad2:

Got in 16 mins of core & sculpt today. Felt good but stopped with that since I am taking 3 teenaged girls to the mall today & want to conserve some energy. :eek: Two of them do not like dresses but they are required for a formal social & recommended for 8th grade graduation. Plus my daughter needs one for a family party next week.


16/900 so far.
