Hello all. We just booked our first Disney cruise last night & will be sailing with all of you!!!! We are so excited. This is our FIRST Disney cruise! We love WDW & can't wait to see Mickey on the big ship. We have been watching the cruise line video & wanted to book for years. You would think we are leaving tomorrow by my excitment!

We are DH, myself- Heather, DD 8years & DS 6years at cruising time.

Ok, I can now officially get excited! My school calendar came out yesterday (I am a teacher) and I get out June 8th, 2012!!!!!! YEA!!!!!! I was so afraid we would get out on the 15th and I would have to reschedule the cruise for November 2012. Time to start packing - I wish!!!!!!!!!!!

So I just got a welcome to your Disney Cruise flyer for the June 9th 2012 Eastern Caribbean cruise (not the western that we signed up for).

So anyone think they actually changed the itinerary? I looked on the Disney cruise web site and it is still listed as a western cruise.

I just booked a little over 24 hours ago & the Disney travel agent confirmed it was a western cruise......

Got our welcome aboard brochure for EASTERN cruise as well... weird because I had already received one for the western cruise. Think there was a slight malfunction in the disney data base:... Hey I know lets just stay onboard for both back to back

Great news! Our teachers are still in contract negotiations so the calendar's not out but my son's teacher (who is the assoc president) assures me we will be out by then..

I can't tell you how happy I would be if they did change it, we really wanted to do the Eastern this time. It could be because they pushed the MV up a week and kept it as a western (doing 2 westerns in a row) maybe the computer system automatically defaults to every other week is western and that made it think we are on an Eastern (or maybe there is a god at Disney who heard my plea for and Eastern that week?)

Thanks so much! I'm very excited. I haven't posted in a while, cuz I really couldn't decide whether I wanted to do the 4, 5 or 7-night cruise. Ultimately I decided on the 7-nighter, so here we will stay!

As I previously stated earlier on in this thread, I'll be travelling with my DS, who will be 11 years old when we sail.

Look forward to 'waiting' it out with everyone.

Sailing into Summer on the Fantasy?
Frenzy on the Fantasy (or Friend-zy on the Fantasy for a play on words?)
Fins up on the Fantasy (incorporates Jimmy B into the mix lol)
I've only crusied DCL in December and we've always had a Christmas theme to it, so I'm coming up with some lame suggestions.

I just got my second (exact duplicate) of the "welcome back for the "WESTERN" cruise packet....they must be working overtime to fix the mailing error and I had gotten the right one in the first place. Maybe it's a buy one get one free sail (I WISH)

Ok, I am a little concerned. You have gotten 2 "Welcome Packets" and I have not gotten none! We booked the 1st day the dates opened and have received nothing. I wonder if I should contact my TA to see what is going on.

Hello!!!

We are so excited to be joining you on this cruise! We rebooked for this one while we were onboard the Magic for the Dec. 18-29th Christmas cruise. We're going on the Dream this summer, which is exciting, but I think I'm more excited about this one because it's for seven days while the Dream is only five. After doing (and LOVING an 11-night), I think I'm going to have to be pushed off the boat on the last day of these shorter itineraries!

We have three children Brendan (11 at sailing), Tristan (9 at sailing), and Madison (turning 5 two months after sailing).

I will send a request via Facebook! I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!
