It was mentioned earlier in the thread to have a DIS meet on Aft Deck 7 around 2:30 or 3:00 the day we all board (June 3). Is this still on?

Also, I have read that DISers have gotten green bracelets, necklaces, badges, etc... to wear to identify themselves to other DISers. Does anyone know where to buy these?

What a great gift to give to your two little ones. Talk about some wonderful quality time just the three of you.

I love to shop for the cruise too. If I purchase much more I think my DH will toss me overboard.

Love2Cruise...my DS will be 8 in July. He would love to meet someone his age since his older sister and her friends are all 10. BTW...I see u r from Latrobe...I lived in Ligonier for 4 years. Only head up that way now to ski every now and then.

Just got back from Key West yesterday. Saw the most awesome sunset at Mallory. The sun melted right into the water. It's great to think that I will be be there again shortly and will cruise down in style on the Magic instead of making that long drive.

I plan on buying some fun things for the bunny to bring this weekend... Of course, everyone almost has all of the new cloths they will need except me. My mother in law and I will shop for my birthday gift in May. This year, I asked for some new cloths since I have lost about 40 lbs up to this point, I need something that fits! My mom gave me money to go and get a few things, but I'm waiting until May to do those things.

We have been tossing this around for a while now and decide to finally do it.

We booked the Atlantis Submarine Expedition for Cozumel.

Is anyone else doing this excursion?

DVC Jen, which time did you pick for your Atlantis excursion. I'm seriously considering booking it for me and the boys. It's one of the few that's rated as low as age 4. And I think they'd love it.

It has been a hard road but I'm really proud of myself. I went tonight and got my DD a dress for semiformal night. We are going to dress up both nights because we never get to dress up at home. Tuxes for the boys long dresses for the girls- anyone else?

Izza we went with the 12:30 excursion. We have early dining (although we are doing Palo that night unless I can change it to another night on board.. kinda hate to miss pirate night) so we want to be back with plenty of time to shower and dress for dinner.

Mickeyteacher... I have gowns for both of my DDs and myself as well. We just bought Ian (DH) a tux at JCPenneys. It wasn't much more than renting and this way I can use it as an excuse to book another cruise ... "but hun we have that gown and tux just sitting there. it would be a shame to not use them again"

We have nice dresses for semi formal night and Ian is wearing his suit that night. I think we are going to double the semi-formal clothes and wear them to Palo as well.

I know it is late in the day, but I hope everyone had a great day. Funny thing happened her, the bunny left the kids lots of Disney stuff and things for the cruise. Gotta love the bunny!

It must have been a busy week for everybody. Only 6 more weeks to go...

DVCJen, I booked the early excursion last weekend, so it looks like we'll be on the same one. My boys are very excited about it.

The boys' tuxedos came in the mail over the weekend. They insisted on trying them on right away. They're so cute. I can't wait until Formal night. Now, I'm worried that my dress won't be dressy enough. The youngest got a little confused and insists on calling his tux his "pirate costume".

FYI - after reading a post on the main board, I checked the price of an identical reservation to mine (cat 12) online and found it to be over $700 cheaper than when I booked. A call to DCL later and my credit card is feeling less strain. You might want to check.

whoa so how does it work if I booked through a TA... do they need to call DCL and get the refund if when I check it is cheaper.. or do I need them to call since I got the TA discount and it was cheaper than going directly through DCL to begin with?

I think because we rebooked on board and have a stateroom credit that we are better off then what the price is now.

No reduced price for us either. Actually the current price for the category that we booked shows hundreds more than we paid. So glad we booked a year ago for the early booking discount. I guess it pays to plan way ahead.

get the fishing excusion through DCL, so I booked it through a private person in Cozumel. Anyone else doing that? I wnet throught Cozumel Insider. Anyone know anything about them?
