Infobahn....you rock!! I've been sitting here wondering/stressing/OCD'ing....so thank you for your info! I'll be posting tonight after I book...I feel like this should be a soap opera  "The Days of our DCL cruise" :lmao:

Ok my Dis-cruise buddies....FYI....you will never meet a more FRUSTRATED fellow Dis-cruiser EVER. Alrighty then, I'll try to do a play by play. 8:55pm, I'm ready at the computer with my PassPorter, Infobahn printout, and glass of wine, all ready to experience the registration process of the DCL and confident in my ability to 'check in'. So, I log in to my account ahead of time simply because I'm chompin' at the bit, and ready to register. Count down begins...my computer clock says 9:00pm....YES...IT IS TIME!! So I re-click my 'On line check in' tab. Lo and behold what does it say in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS??? "Your account is not paid in full. You must pay in full before accessing your cruise plans" OH I BEG TO DIFFER!!! So I log out, and log in again. It says it AGAIN!! At this point, I'm ready to call my TA and open up a can of...well...anyway... It is now 9:10pm and I'm confident everything I want is GONE. So calmly I try just one more time before throwing my glass of wine against my computer screen, and *voila* it's working :woohoo: So, in a panic I scroll down as though there's no tomorrow to "Reserve Palo"....no times that I had planned for. Alrighty then, STRIKE ONE. Now I'm wondering if there would've been 'something' had I been able to Log in at precisely 9:00pm. Who knows. Ok, so next...excursions. The excursion tab is NOT working....first of all there's NO Mazatlan excursions to choose from and when I clicked on PV....nothing. (Insert another gulp of wine here :rolleyes1 ) I will not mention the rather 'negative' thoughts that were racing through my brain at this point. Ok...brain says to try again...YES...Puerto Vallarta....Pirate ship....AVAILABLE!!! Oh goodness...something actually worked for me!!! COOLNESS!! Now at this point, I figure I'll at least register my kids for the clubs...without a hitch, no hurdles there :thumbsup2 And lastly, I figured I'd at least register some form of payment to charge all of this stress too....guess what....nope. Couldn't even register any personal info or credit card info or anything. So, there goes my evening...don't really know what I was expecting, not really thinking it would be so difficult to do. BUT on a positive note, I GOT THE PIRATE SHIP EXCURSION!! :yay: :yay: Life is good ;)

Hi everyone :wave2: It's been kinda quiet for a few days...just makin' sure everyone's still around. Bump ;)

Still here. Just ordered the Cake for DS birthday, and Roses for our Anniversary - they will be waiting for us when we get to the cabin.

It is 40 degrees here today. I need to start getting some sun so I am not going to blind people with my legs.

still here, too! I'm getting excited! Especially for brunch and tea! :cool1: I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get in my training runs on the boat...the track is 1/3 mile long (looked it up on DCL site), so if I have to run 4 miles, I have to do 12 laps...yowza. :lmao:

pretty sure we are early, too...

Hey guys,,,, I am not sure. I think we are early, but, it is possible that we are late. Suspect early.:woohoo: :dance3: :cheer2:

OMG...12 laps? Wow, good for you! I'm more of a walker myself...I could walk for days. One of my main forms of exercise. I had knee surgery in 10th grade, and I was never able to jog or run again. But I love the walking (briskly) cause it seems to keep me motivated, plus my golden retriever...Casey...can keep up :) I may just see you in the mornings....you'll most certainly be lapping me :rotfl:

Oohhh...that just reminded me to order Bon Voyage pkg. Thanks for that :thumbsup2 BTW...it's chilly here too for April...@72 degrees...yeah, I can't really complain ;)

LOL I'm training for the Disneyland 1/2, so I'll have to make sure I do some sort of running on the boat!

Ok Infobahn...quick question. Did you phone order or fax your order? I just went online, and didn't realize you couldn't order it through the online 'thing' :confused3 . Easier one way over the next?

The funny thing is, I printed out the order form, filled it out thinking I could fax it, but there was no fax number on the form! (Maybe it was on the website, but I wasn't at a computer).

So, I called and talked to a very nice person at DCL that took my order. It took a few minutes, but it was done. I would have ended up calling to see if they got my fax order in the first place, anyway. So, no harm, no foul.

I think, if you have more than one thing to order, you will want them on the phone to begin with.

Anybody set up a budget onboard?

We lost control of our spending on our first Magic cruise. Now we have a kid, so we have to account for his spending too.

I hate that it is $250 for three just to do any excursion.

Pictures alone was $200 last time. I am scared. Hold me.

I think our first cruise will mirror yours....we'll probably spend like mad. But I've been saving for this thing since we booked, so I just want to make sure we have enough for pics and souveniers. And I feel your pain about the excursions...family of 5 here...talk about sticker shock :scared1: We all are just so dang excited though, and not sure when we'll be doing this again, so yes we may go 'overboard' with our purchases ;) But budgets are a wonderful thing....I had to go by a very strict one in order to save like I have :)

Hey Guys...just curious....we frequent Disneyland quite a bit throughout the year. And our very MOST favorite treat there is the CHURRO!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: My kids were wondering if by chance, they had these on board? :confused3 We would be a very happy 'churro-filled' family if DCL served these. Anyone?? :) Will we have to fill up Sunday morning before we head to the ship?
