It's getting close! We've got late seating at dinner as well. We still have to get through DD's HS graduation next weekend then we can start getting our packing lists together. Lots to do. It'll be great to see the Navigators online. We've only taken one cruise - 4 days to Bahamas, so I'm sure there's a lot more going on for the longer trips. Two weeks away from work and early rising dogs...it will be HEAVEN!

Hey as for as the DVC, the other posts said that ALL DVC members received gifts, even if you didn't book through them or use points.... I guess Big Brother (or at least, Mickey's Big Brother) is watching you!

How cool that you already have the Repo for next year scheduled... I was thinking about how anticlimatic it will be to NOT have a trip booked to plan and dream about..... We have yet to actually go to WDW on our DVC points... we have used it for Hotel Del in San Diego, a trip up the coast to San Fran and, of course, this cruise... must book so I can plan too!

Hey mattsparrow.. welcome to you and your family. I'm in San Diego but originally from Cardiff, Wales... we are flying through London so... maybe we'll see you at the airport!

My daughter is graduating on the 12th. It seems that many of us are celebrating with the mouse.... my poor daughter is staying here though... we are taking this cruise as a anniversary gift.... sorry, kids!

It's getting close... let's just fast forward three weeks and we'll all be together!

Can't wait for the cruise, we went on one round the caribbean in 2005 so this is our second, lol.

If anyone's interested, I made a contdown so I can find out exactly how long it is to the cruise! Though, thinking about it, it won't countdown to the right time unless you're in UK or I do some tinkering nevermind.

hi everyone.....i m finding my feet here.....booked on 27/6 med DH 43 DW42 DD17 and DS 15...we live in Malta--tiny island in the med so we're playing home here....might be familiar to some of the UK members. my kids would love to get to know some of the teens on this cruise..have tight flight arr barcelona at 5.00pm..anyone know if its a long way from cruise terminal?

Hey guys from Malta Welcome , My Son who is on the downhill side of 14 will be on the cruise as well.

The airport is supposedly 15 minutes from Barcelona so grab a cab or 2 & hightail it to the port!

Ok, I have been glued to the May 26th trip report thread and just can't get enough!! Love the blogs and the podcast is super. The internet on board is really hampering the flow of info it seems. Very slow speed is eating up peoples mineuts. I hope it improves as we get closer to our cruise.

We have 2nd seating for dinner. We have been on many DCL trips and have had early seating only once.

We have DD14 and DS11 who are invited on this trip. Would'nt leave home without them actually !

We leave in 18 days for a pretrip to Southern France, driving from Barcelona and back. Feel like I am going on the Amazing Race !! DW is ready to kill me because I am so obsessed with planning this trip !!!

Hey we leave in 18 days as well but we are flying into Paris then Paris to Barcelona on the 25th, when are you going to be back in Barcelona? Its funny my DS is 14 & my DD is 12 almost reversed.

Hi all. I posted way back when and never could find the time to get back to this thread. We are still booked. Get into Barcelona on the 26th and will stay the night at the Rivioli Ramblas. Dh and I will have the three darling, sweet kids with us, DD 19, DS 14 and DD11 (closer to 12). Late dining for us and we will celebrate my ?? birthday on 7/2. So excited to be in Rome on my birthday.

Hope to see you all on board real soon. I'll look for the T-shirts!!!
