We are second seating for dinner. We thought it would be better this time because of the long shore excursions. Is anyone else on second seating?

when the returning folks from the first 10 day post, maybe they'll put up some navigators, then we'll know about the timing for a meet.

With 4 kids no way! On the 3 or 4 days we have long shore excursions if we miss dinner we can always have Palo's room service! The plan is to have late dessert delivered from Palo's nightly those choclate Soufle's!

We did second seating also. I figured we would be better off with all of the full day excursions.

We're in the second seating also. Anyone up for trying to schedule tours as a group? we are 5 and would like to do some tours on our own. I hear things on the boards about private drivers but I'm having trouble finding stuff for all the ports. Any thoughts ? Starting to look forward to the fun if I could just get organized.

We're second seating for dinner, too. We figured even if we're back earlier from tours, we'll want some time to rest and cool off before dinner.

We've always done second seating, though... we rarely eat dinner before 7 at home, so it's natural for us. The time zone difference may make it harder this time.

I think I'm late and I've been scheduling things for several months now. I have a problem with commitment! I can't be sure that I'm not scheduling with the wrong company!

We're doing early seating figuring if we're going to be late getting back, we're eating on shore! And if we miss dinner, there's always room service!

So glad to hear another loose end has been tied!

I have an interesting problem with the online registration. I input my flight plans but DCL doesn't seem to be registering the fact that we're flying into and out of BCN. The database only listed US destinations for some reason. I tried changing it but couldn't.....

I had the same problem. You can call or email DCL and they will put it in for you (but it still says ERR before BCN). I found it easier to email since I could cut and paste it from my itinerary.

I find that it takes a while for any changes to their website.

Yeah I would give DCL a call (like Doinitagain said), I am flying into Barcelona from Paris ORLY the site only listed CDG I just let it go they have the airline & the flight number thats enough!

We are doing late seating as well. No kids (woo hoo!) with us this time and more time at ports.

I CANNOT wait to see the navigators as well. It is just another step toward leaving... did some shopping and packing/collecting this weekend. 7 Cruise casual nights along with daytime outfits... I feel sorry for you families that are packing...

Rayjl, hey congrats on passports... that could have made for a stressful fre days prior... but now... just think.,,, you are good for 10 years of international cruising!

According to the other threads, paperwork is being mailed about three weeks before cruise so that means... THIS weekend we should be getting our final paperwork and luggage tags... yay! Also DVC members get a BonVoyage gift about ten days before... Everyone, be sure to post when you get yours!!!

Yeah we are gonna be gone for about 3 weeks with 4 kids! I keep quoting Rick Steves Methods to DW I just get obscene looks and or gestures!

I am posting this if anyone is interested in a private tour of the Amalfi Coast.

I have worked with this company to provide a custom tour to my specifications!

I just received an E-mail to confirm for June 30th and he still has guides & vehicles available.

My tour is not scheduled untill then so I cannot speak from experience however I am looking forward to it.

Im a DVC member, how do they know you are cruisin?

My guess is that if you are not traveling on points, you won't get the DVC pre-voyage gift. However, when you board be sure to stop at their desk in the atrium and let them know your stateroom number so you get included on any onboard gifts and announcements for DVC.
