lol. I know I have a couple that would love to see a kids thread. Elvis had a such a time trying to *meet* other DIS'ers in the Lab. He had met several on the thread and tried to meet them in person.... He couldn't get a single kid (except Todd's son).......

Steph - we definitely need to introduce our boys. Nick wasn't on the DIS boards before the PC cruise. He tends to be more shy until he gets to know someone. But, I think he'll be feeling more comfortable on this cruise. My younger one has no problems meeting new friends. Although he more inclined to hang out with the girls.

It's an amazing ship and I didn't have nearly enough time to do anything I wanted. I will never go on a big group (10 people) cruise EVER AGAIN!! Beacuse everyone wanted to do something different, including me, but some people in our group couldn't accept the fact that we didn't want to hang out with them THE WHOLE TIME, and made the last day only full day on the ship miserable!!

But I'm really excited for me and DF's honeymoon so we can have 2 full weeks to do whatever we want and not have someone complaining about it

We did a cruise and Disney stay for our Honeymoon as well, you will LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Such great memories, even though the Disney part wasn't exactly 'relaxing' for us (we chose to go commando style to see everything and went to bed late and got up early) but the cruise portion was very much so!

It is just miserable sitting out in under my shaded chair covered w/ the Chilly Frogs, while misting myself w/ ice cold spray. LOL!

LOL! Yeah, I think Rob lost some skin too....but they had plenty of "pain medication" (beer) to take care of the discomfort.

So, did they sell you on it? Are you signing up to play too Bob?

Not sure I know enough about what is involved, but the pain medication has me interested. LaRue played at least one year of Rugby in college, so she could be a ringer.

Well from what I have seen on TV, it appears to be a cross between football, soccer and wrestling, with lots of beer drinking and singing in the bar afterward.

It is touch rugby, but played on the beach with a bunch of out of shape, older than should be playing mixed with young, agile people.....

I may just have to pre-medicate this time. Besides that, it's the end of the cruise, you can heal at home.
