We have not been very active on the thread but wanted to let everyone know we do live in Seattle so if anyone has an emergency or needs something I will be happy to try and help. We may head up to BC Sunday night. I have a motor home that I keep up there in the summers. We may just leave Monday morning though. We will be going through Langley as I need to drop my truck off. Hi! I do have a question. We are flying into Seattle a few days early before taking Amtrak to Vancouver. Are hotels near Amtrak ok? Any recommendations? Thoughts? Appreciate any insight you might have!!

We have been talking about having a group meet & greet on the cruise. As this is our first cruise, I am relying on the veterans to make some suggestions on when and where an appropriate meeting place would be. So, when would you like to have it? And where should we have it? Im all ears

I've never organized a meet before, but I've attended twice.

The first time we met at a restaurant the night before boarding and then again on a sea day near Topsiders. Someone arranged for the space and there were signs that said "Private party" or something like that.

The second time we met in Diversions on the first day. Again, I don't know how they arranged for the use of the space.

Technically, yes. However I know many people make extra goodies. So please let us know cabin number and who is in the room, many people do different things based on age and gender.

maybe those that are planning to give to the three late adds could post so that they can make sure they give to you. not sure on their plans, maybe they are planning to give to everyone? piratemcgee? galaviz? theauaisfamily?

just a note, shawn added a total line to the spread sheet but that total is for all DIS board members that have given us their info NOT just those participating in FE. those NOT participating are highlighted in turquoise, those who have not said either way are yellow. i have added a FE total (it's in DCL lime green) as well as the 6 maybe's. i keep holding out hope that they will respond to my pm's...

Hi, I have a weird allergy. I'm allergic to wine and Sulfur. (I found out from when my mom cooked with wine, and one time when we went into the hot springs on a family vacation.)

I don't know if you need to know this kind of allergy, but there they are.

Sorry am new to this I was trying to do dd for my father who will be traveling with us.
