I also heard to bring night light (because there is absolutely no illumination) and clothes pins (to pin the curtains closed).

My two cents worth...I know its not much.

That is right I forgot about the curtins and the light. I usualy bring the clips you would put on top of a bag of potato chips. As far as a night light. I leave the bathroom light on with a towel by the door so it does not close or I do that with the closet to. That has worked for us. It does get quite dark in the room. Since there is not alot of room a light is good so you do not walk into thinkgs and go bump in the night.

*Mickey door Tag: To be put on the list to play this PM sandysplayhouse with your name and room number. She has offered to compile a list and hand it out at the meet. thanks Sandy

**Scrapbook Exchange - Paper, stickers, emblishments like clips, buttons, yarn, ribbon, and some really cool things that were especially made by the scrapper for our cruise for scrapbooking. I tell you, some people are VERY talented (not me) but we had fun chatting and looking at other peoples pages and got lots of ideas from everyone. You bring 5 you take 5 etc.

*Fish Extenders – We will be putting little things in them through out the cruise. Like, Paper, Pencils, stickers, etc. To do this we can use the list that Sandy will compile for the Mickey door magnet.

Fish Extender Gifts - This can be EVERY day or you pick a day to distribute all your gifts. There really is no set rule for gift-giving, it is up to you as to what and how much you want to give... each to their own accord. Right now there are not many DISers that have signed up so the roster is quite small... so we could do it everyday... if there are many more that sign up, then we could do it all on one day and just lump our gifts in the Extenders on whatever day you choose. Bear in mind that it is a lot of fun to find something in your extender EVERY day.

Ok CRAZINESS! I have had a busy week and didn't get a chance to check in... I missed 10 PAGES! You guys are nuts!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL MOTHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, MOTHERS TO BE, MOTHERS TO CATS/DOGS/FISH.... HAPPY DAY TO ALL WONDERFUL LADIES!!!

We got our documents. Anyone get an upgrade???? The year we got ours we found out when we got our paperwork. We didn't get one this year... boo hoo. Oh well!

I finally started to think about packing and what we are going to wear, etc. It's easy for DH and I because we basically take the same stuff every year, but DD grows out of her stuff. I need to figure out what she can and can't wear!

Oh I can't wait, I am so sick of this weather this year. Mother's Day we usually open the pool. Today, it's 52 and rainy. Ick!

No upgrad here. I may ask at port. I am not sure.

I thought about packing, I may get things together on the coach in the basement. I agree with you about DH. They take the same things all the time.

WOW one of the things i miss about the north....
IS HAVING A BASEMENT!!!!!

The weather here is HORRIBLY HOt for this time of year actually we are a bit over the average high, and is it muggy and WOW, i usually dont turn on my air conditioner in the car unless i can help it........ i had too on the way home from work today.

HAIR DRYER>>>>>>>>>> I used the hair dryer in the room. No it is not new fangled and it is not high speed. So if you have alot of hair or thick hair, you may need your own.

I am still confused about the window at the rockin bar d place, i thought all the meals were at ainmator's parrtos cay or lumiere's?

Sandy is making a list and a little book for us so that we know. We will get it on the cruise. Don't think we will know before then. I just bought a bung of little things that could be for kids or adults.

I did not even think of Fish Extender!

Maybe when Sandy gets back from Disney and having fun she can tell us how many are on the list.

For anyone who is staying at the resort before the cruise, I called DCL and asked what time the transpo would get to port and the answer is: about 1-1:30. We then have to register, etc etc.

Apparently they aren't letting anyone on the boat until 1 p.m. Don't people want to eat lunch, make reservations (if they don't have them already), check out their rooms etc?

How can we all meet at 1:30? or even 2:00? Lunch ends at 3 p.m. due to the drill, so if folks want to eat, they've got to go right away.

I don't mean to make trouble, but last year we all met during the sail-away party. It worked and everyone made it You know we're all on the boat anyway.

Just a few thoughts...

rockin bar d is where you can make/change requests for your dining. For example if you have main and want late, and vice-versa. I requested private sittting and window seats.

Any other questions?

I just can't wait. Counting down the days!

i was thinking that too, that at the rockin bar d is where you make the palo reservations. at first i thought that they had dinning there too. then it clicked that that is where peolpe who want palo go (and now i know other stuff too). thanks.

i am going to do a test run on the packing. just lay it all out, then put it all back.

i second the vote to meet at the sail away party. then the kids can be dancing together and really click. again, i will be there early so i'd love to meet at the terminal too.

do you think they'll let us on before 1?
did youguys find out what movies are playing? i called and found out bridge to terabithia, college road trip, dan in real life, enchanted, national treasure 2, pirates at world's end, ratatouille, game plan, underdog, wild hogs.
i hope they play the new narnia too. i read that all movies that are premiering at home are on the ship too.

I can give what I had made for the DIS to Sandy (she will be at the same hotel the night before) to give to you guys. It is what is bets for the whole group not just one person. I understand.

We would just need to have a very specific place to meet and maybe plan to be there a good 10 minutes before the sail away party is to begin.

As we plan to be there early too. That is our plan right now. I would like to get a 1 or 2. Boarding # pass........maybe they dont give out 1s i sort of foget that part.

MENDOZA.....What will you be wearing to board are you wearing LIME GREEN?? I am wearing WHite with Lime green mickey head on it. As soon as i know what i am going to use as my carry on i will let you know that too! Oh yeah i will most likley have on my LIME GREEN hip bag! maybe i will look for a lime green necklace to match. And if only i had lime green pants! ( i might look into that!)
