I know my kids would NEVER go for that though!

Since i am REALLY trying VERY HARD to keep my packing to a minimum i just made up 20 gift bags for Fish Extenders!

If there are not all 20 familys participating then some people will get duplicates! ( the ones closest to my room!!!!!) I wasnt sure how many rooms the family of 14 would have so i guessed????

I did look at the list and print it out and cut it up and attatch a strip with the names and kids ages to the bags and try to do like barrettes for the girls etc.........

Can someone tell me when and where this is going to be????

Also i did up 5 gift bags (small party size bags) with odds and ends in it.

Again i am trying to keep my packing down to a minimum.

Last cruise i had 8 bags 4 large and 4 medium and 2 carry ons.
and that ws only for 2 days before and the cruise.

Now we are doing 2 days before and 4 days after.
and i am trying to go for LESS luggage!!!

The only thing i am not having to pack.......is 2 different halloween costumes. As we did MNSSHP and Halloween on the cruise.

Good morning all! I am still trying to decide on the fish extenders. It will depend on how much time I have left and how much room in my suitcase I have! I do need to get started on trying to decide what to wear and what to pack. We keep EVERYTHING to a minimum so I end up in the same outfit over and over again. Tee hee!

Meeting during the sail away party is hard. I've tried that before and half of the people either couldn't make it, didn't make it, got caught up in things, etc. The 1st day/night on the cruise is very busy, getting settled, then the drill, then the sail away party and then its time to get dressed for show/dinner! It's a whirlwind!

IT Could be like around 10 ish that way it does not interfere with any lunch or dinner plans, we could meet on Deck 9 by Goofys Galley???? The kids can swim or what ever and us adults can just chill!!!!!!

And those of us who wish to meet in the terminal and then again at the deck party can do that also???????????????????

AND I think most of us will probably meet at the terminal before boarding anyway... its not like we will be hard to miss each other if we are wearing our LIME GREEN. My whole family will be wearing Lime Green shirts... we will be there early, like around 10/11, so if you see us, come on over, I'll give you the DIS Navigator sheet and your lanyard name tag if you want one.
We can go from there... otherwise, lets meet at 10am AT SEA, DAY ONE, Goofy's Galley, at the tables next to the Mickey Ear baby pool.
What does everyone think???

I spent my Mother's Day at Disneyland yesterday... it was so beautiful. Not crowded and the weather was great... we had June Gloom until about 4pm, the sun came out and warmed things up.. it was such a nice day.

I took a few pictures for Lynn and anyone else coming to the parks.

This is the Grand California Hotel over the World of Disney store.
The entrance/exit from the hotel is a little to the right of the store...

from there, you can see the security gates of the entrance to both parks.

Unlike Florida... Our attractions are very close together...
This is the entrance to Jungle Cruise, Indiana Jones, Tarzan's Tree House, and on the otherside of Tarzan's is Pirates...

I did Puchase LIME GREEN Capris today they i guess are more on the green melon side but close and my DD got a Limish Green Skirt so we will be a little more noticeable!!!!!!!!

I will definitley look for the lime green shirts at the terminal!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES, the photo looks crowded...
That area is a bit more congested than anyplace else...not sure why... too many things to look at and some people can't decide WHICH thing to do and there is also a food place there and several shops and you just kind of linger and walk slower thru there. but trust me, it really was NOT crowded that day... it gets WAY more crowded the closer it gets to summer. As soon as schools are out on the east coast, it starts getting crazy crowded here. WE hardly go to the park during the summer because of it. (notice, I said "hardly" ... )

I am getting really excited as i just realized i only have 4 days off to get ready, for the cruise.

I am off 7 days but 3 of those i will be gone to my DS college graduation.

SOOOOO, i have ALOT TO DO!!!!!!

As i dont usually do much after working 10 hours a day, when i get home.

Glad we came up with a Time for the Meet hope everyone can join us.

Woo hoo! Believe it or not I already have some lime green capris! I guess I need to pack them! We usually do this cruise over St. Patricks Day so I am all set with green cruisewear!

I started doing some preliminary shopping today. Sunblock, travel sized items, etc... It's going to be a long three weeks at work! Thank goodness for the holiday in there - that will help!

Yes ,my son is graduating! He graduates on May 24th. We are going down to Milwaukee on the Friday before. So I have a four day work week that week and the next then we get to cruise!

When does your son Graduate?

Mine can not waite to get out of school.

if i decide to do it, what do i need to get? how many gifts and is it every day or just one day or what?

I think we could meet at the sail away party too.........
since the timing of all the events seems to be a little more rushed than what it is from the East coast Port?

We would just need to have a very specific place to meet and maybe plan to be there a good 10 minutes before the sail away party is to begin.

I would like to mee t up with anyone and everyone in the terminal as well.
As we plan to be there early too. That is our plan right now. I would like to get a 1 or 2. Boarding # pass........maybe they dont give out 1s i sort of foget that part.

MENDOZA.....What will you be wearing to board are you wearing LIME GREEN?? I am wearing WHite with Lime green mickey head on it. As soon as i know what i am going to use as my carry on i will let you know that too! Oh yeah i will most likley have on my LIME GREEN hip bag! maybe i will look for a lime green necklace to match. And if only i had lime green pants! ( i might look into that!)

ok, whoa i am totally going to see you!!! that is a lot of lime green i can't do lime green, so i am wearing a black shirt with a lime green mickey on it. here is my idea..i am going to home depot to get the paint chips and i am going to michales to get black sequins and i am going to make the mickey ears black, then write our names in the middle in black sequins.

ok, i am cracking up at all the lime green. when i think of lime green i remember the 80's when flourscent was in, and that is why i am laughing, becuase i was flourscent head to toe.

now i have to do the lime green to a minimum, and try to be cool and mix it with black.

it is always crowded there, there are shops across from the attractions there and the path curves around, and there is a food stand there with tables, i miss disneyland

Flo, i have been meaning to tell you thank you and what an awesome job you have done with managing all the events and updates, and updating so promptly. thank you for eveything you have done. thank you too Sandy, for all the info you have given since the beginning. you gals are the best.
