10 minutes of active physical therapy allowed this morning for my back. It was still hurting me, and my PT worked on it a good amount today. Then he let me do a set of 30 reps, where in lie on my back, bend my knees and very slowly smoke them from one side to the other, stopping briefly in the middle. Then two sets of ten pelvic tilts. Hey, it's something!
I go back Tuesday afternoon after work. I was doing too much twisting in my workouts, trying to work my core more while standing. Not allowed to do that ever again, nor do I want to with how I've been feeling! He said I will feel perfect for the drive down to Florida in 34 days!
I'm so glad that you will be feeling better for your trip. That was motivation for me too - I have already been on one trip this year with pain and limited mobility in my shoulder/arm and didn't want that same experience for our upcoming Disney trip!158/600
I walked 1.67 miles. That is a LOT for me. Even 1 mile is a deal. This is more than I have walked in a long time.

glad you get to do some more exercising. Remember to go slow and not hurt yourself!
