Then he let me do a set of 30 reps, where in lie on my back, bend my knees and very slowly smoke them from one side to the other, stopping briefly in the middle. Then two sets of ten pelvic tilts. I go back Tuesday afternoon after work. I was doing too much twisting in my workouts, trying to work my core more while standing. Not allowed to do that ever again, nor do I want to with how I've been feeling! He said I will feel perfect for the drive down to Florida in 34 days!
