I didn't exercise today. I called my doctor about my back. He said I need to go back to my physical therapist. I made an appointment for tomorrow. Any exercise they have me do, I will count the minutes here. I'm hoping this back pain goes away...it's very frustrating at this point. I feel like this will be with me forever.

I haven't checked in since last week- I have-
30 min Thurs strength training
78 min Sat walk then run/walk intervals
18 min yesterday strength training - arms/core
58 min walk/run today
9 min stretch today

Please put me down for a goal of 360 minutes for the month. I just re-joined Weight Watchers and am starting off with what I hope is a reasonable goal, 30 minutes per day, four days a week.
 
Was planning on a walk today, but severe thunderstorm warnings when you live in the mountains are nothing to shake a stick at. No safe cover anywhere!

So instead, baby and I had a serious dance party. That 14 pounds really gets ya quick!

Ran 5 miles (48 minutes) and walked the rest. Only 16 more running miles to go this week. The humidity may kill me.
 
I did a 30 minute jog and 30 minute yoga class :)

We're a third of the way through the month. As a group we're 27% toward our goal. We can do it.
 
Good morning everyone! I go back to physical therapy today. Anything active they have me do for my back would count as part of my exercise minutes, right? I'm going to wear my heart rate monitor because it also times the exercise for me. I'm also curious to see if I actually burn calories doing some of the exercises they have me do.
 
45 min run on dreadmill, then 20 min walk. Too rainy to run outside today. Hate the dreadmill!:(

I cannot believe I'm over half way to my goal! June 10: 50 minute walking; was hoping to get in more but we had a thunderstorm last night.

bangzoom - I hope your back feels better soon. I've dealt with back problems my whole life and had an injury in 2007 that still gives me problems. Stick to what your PT says and I'm hoping you have a quick recovery!
