Jumpin' June Exercise Challenge--Everyone Welcome!

Getting ready to update through post #143 :)

I did not run for national running day :(. Felt like I really needed to rest that achilles. But I did walk my mile and go to yoga.

Rose, you missed my hours from Sunday when you last updated.

Hours that need to be added in are:
6/2 - 198 minutes
6/4 - 45 minutes
6/5 - 81 minutes

This brings my total to

Never thought I'd be saying this, but today I ran 70 minutes on the treadmill for National Running Day. A couple of months ago, this would have been a crazy though for me.....I can't believe C25K actually worked!

1 hour of brutal circuit training. Body is too tired and sore to type more. :). Tomorrow is a rest day!!!

60 min at the gym: weights and (finally) a short run! Foot feels good, lungs felt good, knees felt good. Thank goodness! A bad post-race registration run would have been disheartening.....

Still keeping to the warmup, strengthening and elliptical. Some days it takes longer or I stay on the elliptical longer.
So Tues 55 min; Wed 60 min watching the Bruins, which made things easy; today 70 minutes, which was great because I was tempted to take the day off.
