Friday: 30 min dance video and 30 min ballet barre video

Hard to get workouts in this week but even harder finding time to update!

No jogging because of calf cramping.

Last day of Ripped!! Whew!! I am feeling it!! And worked out 2 hours with the horses..counting that as 45 minutes...I ran with them on lunges but mostly walking and leading...will try and get my 3.1 miles in today this evening...

Hard to exercise today and I had a couple (good?) excuses but talked myself into going to at least do either the strength or the cardio routine. Did 10 minute warmup on treadmill; 20 minutes strength and conditioning; 20 minutes on elliptical and was dragging. Was going to call it a night after 50 minutes but with this thread in mind, hit the exercise bike for another 10 minutes just to keep moving. Not one of my finer moments, but it got done and a slow 60 minutes is better than no 60 minutes. :confused3

30 minutes is worth mentioning, but 60 minutes at any pace when you aren't feeling it is commendable. Great job! :thumbsup2
 
Today's Exercise - 95 minutes

With my wife:
Warmup walk - 5 minutes
3 mile run - 39 minutes (my wife's first 3 mile run w/o any walk breaks :goodvibes)
Cooldown walk - 10 minutes

By myself:
3 mile run - 26:15
Cooldown walk - 15 minutes
