Pool and running

Good finish to the month.

Not sure how I will do in July as it is getting hotter here. Bike time may be okay but my running may end up being on the dreadmill.
 
6/29- 15 min walk with dog (this is always 20-25 min, but given the stops and slow downs to 'smell the roses', I just give myself credit for 15 :-)

6/30 - 70 min - walk with dog, then walk with hubby, then walk alone


June total: 588/800

Next month - no vacation, no family in town, no excuses (other than the 100 degree days) for not hitting 800!

Getting ready to update through post #564.

As a group, we have completed 52,113 minutes of exercise!:cool1:

If my math is correct that is almost 900 hours!!

Pretty awesome.

Congrats to everyone who reached their goals and to everyone who stuck it out even if they were't quite going to get there.

I will update again either Monday or Tuesday.

Oh, and I am happy to say that Mike and I took an hour walk this evening, which put me at:

1812/1800 for the month! :)

60 minutes HIIT today.

Well, I fell short of my goal, but I exercised consistently so I feel good! Congrats to everyone for finishing the month!
 


60 minutes walking yesterday so finished with 970/1000.

Morning all! I didn't quite hit my target goal but pretty proud of what I managed. My total was 1227/1500.

Now looking forward to July!

45 treadmill
30 walk

Thank you to everyone! Did not make my goal, but finally was able to get over the hump and increased from 2 miles to 3-4 miles every workout this month on the treadmill.;)

Ok, I made a mistake earlier.

Our goal as a group was: 52,113 minutes.

Our total exercise minutes: 42,180 minutes.

Percentage to goal for the group:

81% :cool1:
