July - Value Season for Deluxes

Hi there - I was wondering if anyone knew what the discounts have been for Deluxe resorts in July, after July 8th when it switches to value season. I've learned in May it's typically $100 off a night - what about July?

Do you mean additional discount or the value season rate? You can get the rate for value season on deluxes at the WDW site. If you mean what has been AP or code discounts, then others may have history, but remember it does not guarantee the same for this year.

Sorry - I wasn't clear. I mean additional discount - AP actually. I realize last year's discount doesn't necessarily mean the same will be offered this year, but unfortunately that's all we have to go on.

I was just thinking that it's value season for the deluxes in July and the rack rates look to be about $50 off...SO I was wondering if the typical AP discounts for this time frame are still $100 off a night (as they are for regular season). Knowing, of course, that there are no guarantees.

Annual pass discount offered on deluxe resorts during value season have recently been $75 off.

July 2006 Ap discounts for deluxe were only for epcot resorts at $189 per night, rack rate was $305 savings of $116 per night !... Lets see what this year brings

Check into AAA. My Poly GVC was $65 off rack, if AP is only $75, your still doing ok if they don't come out. That is what I am betting on. I have both AAA and AP, so will change if I can get it. I doubt it will be for concierge, so I snagged AAA while I still could.

Thank you Poly Addict, not a bad idea. I'm dying to stay at the Poly! Not sure if we're going May or July.

But when I do go, I NEED a discount.
